Your Mission
We are looking for talented and passionate people to join our team. As part of our team, you will:
- You will get to know the exciting fields of business administration, information technology and software development
- You will have a great deal of freedom in your practical assignments in a wide variety of areas, such as the central IT departments and business intelligence, as well as e-commerce, human resources, purchasing or online marketing
- During your dual study program, you will become a skilled partner in Celonis, Java, SQL, Excel analyses or VBA programming in connection with databases
- As a business IT specialist, you will be the link between the business departments and IT and will be involved in the planning, development, realization and implementation of IT-related projects
What you need to succeed
- Good advanced school-leaving certificate
- A English language level equivalent to B2
- Very good to good grades in math, english and computer science (if offered as a school subject)
- Interest in analytical thinking, teamwork and an agile way of working
- Openness and curiosity for complex tasks and mathematical-logical connections in a world between business administration and computer science
- Ideally first practical experience as well as basic programming skills

How the process might continue after the application
- Review of documents / online test: If your application has convinced us, we will invite you to an online test. The task depends on the apprenticeship you are aiming for.
- Video interview: After a successful test, the next step is the video interview with our HR. Here we would like to get to know you and learn more about you. Schedule about 15-30 minutes for the interview.
- Team introduction interview: This is followed by the final step: getting to know each other in person with the team and your possible colleagues. We meet via video conference and take a lot of time for this – also to answer your questions.
- Offer & hiring: A few days after the team introduction interview, you will receive personal feedback from us. If we are a good match, we would be delighted if you became a Qilin.
