Your Mission

We are looking for talented and passionate people to join our team. As part of our team, your job will be:

  • Enthusiastic experimenting with innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels to find new candidates.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Manage the company’s full cycle of recruitment process including screening, interviewing, offering, negotiating, onboarding and appointing talents into the team.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to Managers.
  • Joining external events and operating internal events in order to promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work”.
  • Other activities of the Talent Acquisition Department.

What you need to succeed

 

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience. Possessing good understanding of Technology space, its pace and competitiveness, especially in Vietnam market.
  • Strong communication, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Good English communication, both in written and verbal.
  • Ability to adopt a consultative and customer focused approach.
  • Working experience with Tech international companies is a big plus.
  • Dynamic, independent, team player and flexible.
  • Holding a Bachelor degree in related fields is an advantage.

How the process might continue after the application

  1. Review of documents / online test: If your application has convinced us, we will invite you to an online test. The task depends on the apprenticeship you are aiming for.
  2. Video interview: After a successful test, the next step is the video interview with our HR. Here we would like to get to know you and learn more about you. Schedule about 15-30 minutes for the interview.
  3. Team introduction interview: This is followed by the final step: getting to know each other in person with the team and your possible colleagues. We meet via video conference and take a lot of time for this – also to answer your questions.
  4. Offer & hiring: A few days after the team introduction interview, you will receive personal feedback from us. If we are a good match, we would be delighted if you became a Qilin.
