Your Mission

We are looking for talented and passionate people to join our team. As part of our team, you will:

  • You are responsible for the development and establishment of long-term partner relationships
  • Manage the relationship with the partners globally
  • You ensure professional consulting, support, and development of partner accounts across all phases (pre-sales, sales, after-sales) together with the whole crew at Qilin.Cloud
  • You are responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for your partner accounts
  • You act independently as an integral part of a team that supports the sale of Qilin.Cloud licenses
  • You are actively involved in the planning and implementation of partner marketing activities and events
  • The market observation & demand analysis in cooperation with the product development to expand the Qilin.Cloud technology platform is part of your role
  • Develop sales opportunities with the partner, facilitating joint opportunities and identifying valuable opportunities for Qilin.Cloud
  • Manage all the admin activities related to the partnership
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders for all things related the partnership with the partner globally

What you need to succeed


  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in a similar field of activity and have achieved demonstrable success, at least 4+ years
  • Previous experience with cloud technologies
  • You are enthusiastic about topics such as digitalization, technology and e-commerce
  • You work with a high partner, customer and service orientation
  • You are characterized by an agile way of working and a confident manner in presentations and discussions with partners
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and financial metrics
  • You convince with business fluent German and English, and further language skills would be an advantage
  • Operational and relationship management excellence, structure mindset and execution skills
  • Dedicated collaborative teammate

How the process might continue after the application

  1. Review of documents / online test: If your application has convinced us, we will invite you to an online test. The task depends on the apprenticeship you are aiming for.
  2. Video interview: After a successful test, the next step is the video interview with our HR. Here we would like to get to know you and learn more about you. Schedule about 15-30 minutes for the interview.
  3. Team introduction interview: This is followed by the final step: getting to know each other in person with the team and your possible colleagues. We meet via video conference and take a lot of time for this – also to answer your questions.
  4. Offer & hiring: A few days after the team introduction interview, you will receive personal feedback from us. If we are a good match, we would be delighted if you became a Qilin.
