Your Mission
We are looking for talented and passionate people to join our team. As part of our team, you will:

Design and implement performance gathering and analysis tools

Analyze performance data, aggregate them and generate performance reports

Understand real-world user workloads and benchmark these workloads internally

Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and propose solutions

Enhance and maintain our technology platform
-
Write, review, maintain, and document code, including unit, integration, and e2e tests.
- Develop an automated testing infrastructure, set up a CI pipeline, use the appropriate existing tools, and help design new ones
- Review existing automated performance tests to provide further improvements and support
- Create issues based on performance measurements
- Locate and minimize performance regressions
- Write new automated performance tests, which may require developing test cases for automation
- Collaborate with developers and QA specialists
What you need to succeed

5+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably using ASP.Net Core

Experience in system performance measurement and analysis

Experience in profiling and monitoring performance on cloud infrastructure systems

Sound technical skills, to help you develop a good understanding of the application and its architecture

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Demonstration of leading efforts across teams to improve system or application performance would be a plus
-
Previous experience programming in Go would be an advantage, but not essential

How the process might continue after the application
- Review of documents / online test: If your application has convinced us, we will invite you to an online test. The task depends on the apprenticeship you are aiming for.
- Video interview: After a successful test, the next step is the video interview with our HR. Here we would like to get to know you and learn more about you. Schedule about 15-30 minutes for the interview.
- Team introduction interview: This is followed by the final step: getting to know each other in person with the team and your possible colleagues. We meet via video conference and take a lot of time for this – also to answer your questions.
